Shadowverse Portal Update for Heroes of Rivenbrandt

We have updated the Shadowverse Portal to reflect upcoming content and changes to cards in the v4.2.0 update.

Change details:
- Heroes of Rivenbrandt cards have been added.

- The following cards have been updated:

1. Medusiana (Bloodcraft)

Fanfare: Increase your evolution points to 3.

The wording for some cards has been revised to be more understandable, but there is no difference to how the cards actually work.

Until the v4.2.0 update, there will be some differences between the content in-game and on Shadowverse Portal:

- Cards usable in Rotation
(While Rotation deck codes can be created, some cards can't be used.)
