Fanfare: Destroy an enemy follower. Then, if Wrath is active for you, deal 4 damage to the enemy leader.
In the past, it was common for villages to choose one household as a sacrifice. In exchange, the sacrifices received anything their hearts desired. Of course, this arrangement was doomed to fail, for monsters can't be expected to play by humans' rules.
The act of selecting sacrifices—or live bait, if you will—died out. The monsters, having developed a taste for destruction and mayhem, grew increasingly violent. Starved for carnage, their rampage spread like a plague, until no villages were safe.
